The package includes 61 hours of consulting and support, covering the core Financials and Operations module, which includes Financial Statements, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset, and Bank Reconciliation. ($150/hour additional services)
Deliverables:
Provide a system setup checklist document, including basic system instructions
Q&A and support until system go-live (up to 3 hours)
Standard configuration, which includes:
- System activation
- User and permission setup
- Load pre-defined Standard Data (COA, payment term)
- Load pre-defined Financial Statements (basic template)
- Data export/import tool activation
- Financial Statements (B/S, P/L, Basic Budget)
- Additional Financial Modules basic setup (Intercompany /Consolidation/ Multi currency )
- Financial report adjustment (select up to 3 reports such as checks, budgeting, AR invoice; equivalent to 8 hours)
- Instructor-led training (4 hours)
- Q&A and support (up to 3 hours total)
- Support for go live (4 hours)
- Go-live planning
