Coretek Services
Copilot Agent QuickStart Description of Services and Deliverables
Design - Coretek will host a two (2) hour design workshop to define the use case to target a Copilot Studio Agent to solve. Based on that use case, we collaboratively design: • The agent’s purpose and what it should be able to do. • Initial starter prompts to help people get started with the agent. • Defining knowledge sources the agent should pull from
Initial Agent Setup - With the design established, Coretek will set up the Copilot Studio agent, which includes: • Set up starter prompts • Set up initial knowledge sources • Define agent behavior
Agent Logic Development Sprint - After the initial agent setup, Coretek will develop the agent logic, in a focused, sixteen (16) hour development sprint. This development includes: • Developing topics and topic logic • Writing prompts and/or setting up generative prompts
Joint User Acceptance Testing Coretek will lead a joint user acceptance testing session, where attendees evaluate the agent in real-world scenarios.
Publish Agent to Teams With UAT complete, Coretek will publish Copilot Studio Agent for use within Microsoft Teams. • Other publishing options are available for additional cost.
Agent Adoption Check-In One month after launch, Coretek will review the Agent analytics and present recommendations for next steps based on the end user’s behavior.
