Attachment Flow is an Outlook add-in that helps users save, find, share, and manage documents directly from their inbox. Instead of storing important information in personal mailboxes or sending multiple copies of files through email, users can work with documents stored in Microsoft 365 where teams can securely access and collaborate on them.
By connecting Outlook with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, Attachment Flow helps organizations improve knowledge sharing, reduce duplicate files, and keep documents organized in the right location.
With Attachment Flow, users can:
- Save emails and attachments directly to SharePoint, OneDrive, or Microsoft Teams.
- Browse SharePoint sites, OneDrive folders, Teams channels, and Teams chats without leaving Outlook.
- Attach files to emails directly from SharePoint, OneDrive, or Teams.

Attachment Flow helps organizations establish better document management practices while allowing users to continue working in Outlook. Documents remain inside Microsoft 365 and can be stored in the locations where teams already collaborate, including SharePoint document libraries, OneDrive folders, Teams channels, and Teams chats.
The add-in works with Outlook on Windows, Outlook on the web, and Outlook for Mac, providing a consistent experience across devices.
Subscriptions & Free Trial
Attachment Flow includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Simply install the add-in and start using it immediately. During the trial period, all features are fully available.
After the trial expires, a subscription is required to continue using the add-in. Licensing is subscription-based and assigned per user.

Administrator Consent
Attachment Flow requires a Microsoft 365 administrator to grant organization-wide consent before users can start using the add-in. The administrator reviews and approves the required Microsoft 365 permissions. Once consent is granted, the application becomes available to users within the tenant.
