Wove

Wove integrate with Outlook to automate critical data entry tasks for freight forwarders. Wove's primary objective is to optimize the process of receiving, extracting, and generating quotes and quote-related data from shippers and carriers. When Wove detects an email containing a quote request, the copilot will automatically understand and parse any relevant data, and if a user adds an integration with a TMS, Wove will generate a quote in the TMS automatically in one click.

Launch Events Disclosure

This add-in uses Outlook Launch Events to activate automatically when a user composes or sends an email. When a launch event occurs, the add-in processes limited message metadata—including sender, recipients, subject, and a unique message identifier—to determine whether Outlook automation features should be enabled.

When a user sends an email, the add-in attaches a non-visible, unique identifier to the outgoing message. This identifier is used only to correlate future replies and automate follow-up actions for the user.

No email body content is accessed or transmitted unless the user explicitly initiates an action (such as generating a quote).

No data is transmitted to external systems without direct user interaction.
