SCC Digital Workforce Workshop

SCC's Microsoft 365 Digital Workforce Workshop is designed to introduce and expand the value of Microsoft 365 to customers who are starting their cloud transformation to a secure hybrid work environment. Through this workshop, we will be hands-on showcasing agile work scenarios, and discussing how to enable users to be more productive and secure with Microsoft 365.

Specifically, this workshop will help you envision and prioritize work from anywhere scenarios including Microsoft Teams and foundational identity and security. We will walk through your objectives and envision priority scenarios to enable secure work from anywhere, develop a plan for implementation including Microsoft Teams, securing mobile access with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, foundational identity and security and define an activation plan including risks and mitigations for a successful deployment and adoption plan. Throughout our session, we will cover off:

-Understanding your business objectives and envisioning priority scenarios to enable secure work from anywhere

-Envision and prioritize transition to the cloud scenarios

-Evaluating options and implications to enable secure remote work scenarios

-Defining activation plans, and risks and mitigations for a successful deployment and adoption

By the end of our engagement, you will have a deeper understanding of the Microsoft capability and how it can drive greater productivity as you look to transition to the cloud. SCC will define the steps and success plan for your journey. The workshops will be delivered by our professional services team, engaging with your business decision makers, technical team and change managers, to ensure we provide an overview off all the considerations to be made when looking to adopt more of a cloud first strategy. From there, we can build a plan on what the first steps on your cloud journey will look like.
