Microsoft Teams Voice: 3-hours workshop

Microsoft Teams is a unified communication and collaboration platform that combines persistent work chat, teleconferencing, content sharing (including exchanging and working on files simultaneously), and application integration.

The service integrates with the Microsoft 365 subscription office productivity suite and includes extensions that can integrate with non-Microsoft products.

Agenda:

• Kick-off call to define the deployment scope, expectations, and requirements
• Inspection
• Feasibility study
• Hardware material evaluation based on the size and characteristics of the room, and according to the needs of use of the customer
• Hardware implementation of the equipment
• Configuration
• Training in use

After the assessment, based on the needs of use and any equipment already present to be maintained or replaced, an operational plan to develop the meeting rooms will be shared.
