Popolni

Popolni fills out documents directly in Microsoft Word. Open your

document, attach the source documents for the case (ID cards, title deeds,

company registrations, bank confirmations), and Popolni reads them and

fills the fields before your eyes, with a value-by-value review checklist

so nothing enters the document unchecked. Documents generated from your

saved templates arrive as Word tracked changes you review and accept.

Originally built for legal and notary offices in North Macedonia. Popolni is

made for offices that produce the same documents again and again:

contracts, declarations, deeds, and forms. The add-in works in Macedonian

and English and is designed for Latin and Cyrillic documents.

How it works

• Open a document in Word.
• Attach the case's source documents (PDF, images, photos).
• Popolni reads the sources and enters the values into the document

  live, each one linked to where it was found.

• Review value by value from the pane's checklist, correct anything,

  and finish the document in minutes instead of hours.

Requirements: a popolni.mk account is required. Popolni is

currently an invite-only service for professional offices; document

processing is counted against your office's document plan. Additional
