The organisation sees the aggregate. Near-real-time reporting on how work is actually getting done and how people are feeling, drawn from the patterns already in Microsoft 365. No surveys, no pulse checks, no reading anyone's messages.

Message content and personal identifiers never leave your tenant. Only anonymised aggregate scores reach the Solas analytics service. It deploys in two steps and starts reporting after a single admin consent, with automatic in-tenant updates.
