• POC Workshops We will deliver a limited scope implementation to verify Power BI reporting system and make the users understand the capabilities of the product.

*Proposal Phase We will propose our total project time and type of consultants in a work breakdown structure.

*Signing the deal When the scope and the project plan is approved by the customer and our Sales Teams, we will have a kick off and start the project.

• Analysis We will analyse all the required processes with customer's project team. And get the approval of the customers project sponsors and project managers

• Design Our architects, solution managers and consultants will propose the new processes which will be live with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. After the design is documented and approved by the project sponsors and management team development phase will start

• Development Based on the approved design our developers will develop the required features.

• Test, After the developments are finished on the Dev Environment, user/functionality/integration tests will be done and results will be reported

• Preparation to Live After tests are finalized and bugs are resolved, our technical consultants start to configure live environment. Dev and Prod environments will be in sync. Dev environment is under our control and live environment will be in customer's control. We will lead and train customer's system engineers and guide them all through the way.
