AIrepoto

The AIrepoto Plugin, developed by RSUPPORT, is an meeting summary service designed to enhance the efficiency of Microsoft Teams meetings.

When a user installs the plugin and selects “Add Bot Now” in Teams, the AIrepoto Bot automatically joins the meeting to begin recording and collect the necessary data for summarization.

After the meeting ends, the recorded file is processed to generate the full meeting transcript and an summary.

Please note that the plugin itself only provides the bot participation and recording initiation functionality. Accessing and viewing the generated transcripts and summaries must be done through the AIrepoto service website.

To use this app, an AIrepoto account is required.

Users must sign in with their AIrepoto credentials to review meeting transcripts and summaries on the service website.

If you do not have an account, you can create one at "airepoto.com" before using the plugin.
