DevOps Maturity Assessment: 2 to 4 Week Engagement

In delivering the DevOps Maturity Assessment Contino’s consultants use tooling, interviews and stakeholder workshops to benchmark organizations against 200 DevOps maturity points. During a typical engagement, customers will receive deliverables including gap analysis reporting, a strategy for step change in DevOps maturity, identification of Lighthouse opportunities and definition of baseline metrics. The engagement is designed to align organisations with best practice, to assist them in transforming how DevOps and Continuous Delivery are used within Azure to develop and modernize applications.
