Talk2View for Word

Talk2View is an AI assistant built into Microsoft Word. Tell it what you want in plain language and it does the work in your document — drafting, rewriting, formatting, restructuring, and reviewing — so you spend less time on manual editing.

What you can do

• Draft and insert content — paragraphs, headings, lists, tables, and images.

• Rewrite in place — tighten, rephrase, change tone, or fix grammar on a selection.

• Format with precision — character and paragraph formatting, styles, page layout, headers, footers, and page numbers.

• Restructure documents — reorganize sections, manage lists, and edit tables.

• Review and comment — add, read, resolve, and triage comments; run a pre-send review or consistency check.

• Find and navigate — search the document and act on what it finds.

You stay in control

Every change that modifies your document is shown to you with a clear approval prompt before it is applied. Nothing is changed without your confirmation, and you can undo.

How it works (AI transparency)

Talk2View uses artificial intelligence. When you send a message, your prompt and the relevant document content are sent over an encrypted connection to Talk2View's service and to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and OpenRouter) to generate a response. See the Privacy Policy for what is collected, how it is handled, retention, and your rights. AI output can contain errors — review results before relying on them.

Requirements

• Microsoft Word on the web, Windows (Microsoft 365), or Mac (Microsoft 365).

• An active internet connection.

• No account or sign-up is required to start.

Pricing

Talk2View is free to start — install and use it with no account and no payment, within a monthly usage allowance. Optional paid subscriptions add a larger monthly usage allowance (more tokens) for heavier use. Subscriptions are recurring and are purchased and managed on our website (talk2view.com), where billing is handled by Stripe — there is no charge inside the add-in itself.
