Aging Insight Service is designed to automate and centralize the monitoring and communication of aged balances. The solution enables finance teams to generate, schedule, and distribute aging reports while applying configurable rules for customers and vendors.

With the solution we have developed in this context;

  • Automatically generates aging reports for customers and vendors

  • Supports both accounts receivable and accounts payable aging structures

  • Distributes aging reports via email in PDF format based on defined schedules

  • Allows excluding specific customers or vendors from email delivery through master data settings

  • Provides flexible report request parameters to align with business requirements
