Sanktionsprüfung enables companies to automatically check their business partners against international sanctions lists and block them if necessary. The solution provides a reliable and transparent screening process directly within Microsoft Business Central.
The integrated screening workflow supports compliance by identifying restricted or listed entities before transactions are executed. Users can review, block, or release business partners, add audit notes, and document all screening results in a fully traceable manner.
For larger datasets, a Mass Screening feature allows multiple business partners to be checked simultaneously. Mass Screening can also be executed on a scheduled basis, ensuring regular and automated compliance checks.
All screenings are logged for complete auditability and support both internal and external compliance reviews.
In addition to activate the extension, an active subscription (contract) with BEO GmbH is required.
