This package includes all required professional services associated with implementation, integration, onboarding, configuration, and training to ensure a successful go live.
The monthly document allowance of up to 7,500 pages operates on a use or lose basis and does not accumulate across months.
Implementation scope and timeframes apply to a typical ERP integration, subject to scoping.

This offer covers the Accounts Payable module of RapidP2P only.
Additional modules such as Purchase Order Management, Vendor Onboarding and Vendor Portal are available separately and can be added at any time..

• Customer has the required web services API integration available or other satisfactory integration methods (CSV, XML).
• Customer will forward invoices and related documents to a designated RapidP2P mailbox for automated processing.
• Customer must authorise the RapidP2P mail service to send notifications on their behalf, including completion of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration in their domain DNS. Efficiency Leaders will provide guidance on the required entries during onboarding.
• Customer accepts the legal agreements as published on efficiencyleaders.com.au/legal and the Special Conditions as detailed above, which will form part of the Accepted Proposal.
