How it works

• Prepare — pose the question, set out the options, and add any constraints the decision has to respect.
• Invite — share a join link with the people whose input matters. Participants rank the options in their browser, with no account or sign-in needed.
• Vote — everyone ranks the options in their own time. Ranked voting surfaces the group's genuine preference, not just the loudest voice in the room.
• Confirm — review the result and confirm the decision.
• Decided — Decided generates a Decision Record capturing what was chosen, what else was considered, and why. Export it as Markdown to keep alongside your project documentation.

AI-generated content

Decided uses AI to help you prepare a decision and to write up the result. When you frame a question, Decided can suggest options and constraints for you to accept, edit, or discard. When the decision is confirmed, Decided generates the Decision Record's summary and reasoning from the session's options, constraints, and voting outcomes. All AI-generated content is clearly marked in the app, and you remain in control — suggestions are yours to change, and the decision itself is always made by your team.
