Biweekly Activity Report
by PURPOSEBUILT SYSTEMS LLC
Turn your Outlook meetings and sent email into a biweekly timesheet diary - in one click.
Biweekly Activity Report builds a timesheet-style activity diary straight
from your own Outlook calendar and email — no manual logging.
Open the task pane, pick a date range (defaults to the last 14 days), and
click Generate report. The add-in reads your meetings and sent/received
email and produces a clean day-by-day diary with estimated hours, then lets
you copy it or save it as a draft email for your records or timesheet.
What you get
- A day-by-day diary: meetings attended, emails sent (recipients and
subjects), and emails received.
- Estimated hours per day, with weekly and biweekly totals.
- A summary dashboard: total hours, active days, emails sent/received,
busiest day, and top contacts.
- Accurate accounting: overlapping meetings merged (no double-counting),
all-day events listed but not counted, declined meetings excluded.
Flexible hours
- Standard-day mode credits each worked weekday at your standard
length (default 8h) and extends it for overtime when you worked early or
late.
- Configure your work hours, standard-day and maximum-day length, and
whether days you only received email count as worked.
activity that day.
Private by design
- No servers, no accounts, no analytics, no trackers.
- Your calendar and email never leave Microsoft 365 — the report is built in
your own Outlook session.
- Reads only your own mailbox and calendar (delegated Microsoft Graph
permissions); it can save a draft to your mailbox only when you ask, and
nothing is sent anywhere.
Perfect for consultants, contractors, and anyone who has to reconstruct
"what did I actually work on for the last two weeks?" for a timesheet, status
report, or invoice.
App capabilities
- Can send data over the Internet
- This app can access personal information on the active message, such as sender names, recipient names, email addresses, message body, and attachment information. Other items in your mailbox can’t be read or modified. Review the developer's privacy policy for more detail on how personal information is managed and processed.
