An AI SRE Teammate to investigate incidents faster and increase reliability
Ciroos provides an AI SRE Teammate that allows site reliability engineers (SREs), DevOps, and operations teams to reduce toil, investigate incidents faster, and move toward more autonomous operations. Ciroos integrates within Microsoft Teams by providing updates to on-call engineers, incident responders, operators and other stakeholders on Teams channels. Ciroos connects to available data sources to correlate signals and apply reasoning to identify the root cause of incidents. Users can ask questions to Ciroos directly from Microsoft Teams as part of incident response. Ciroos creates and manages dedicated incident war-room channels so responders have a focused space to collaborate during active incidents. Ciroos assists human responders with AI-generated analysis and recommendations; engineers stay in control and review AI output before acting.
AI functionality
Ciroos uses artificial intelligence to analyze alerts, correlate signals, and apply reasoning to investigate incidents. AI-generated content is intended to assist SREs and should be reviewed before taking action. Ciroos is designed exclusively for incident response and SRE workflows — the bot will not respond to requests outside of its intended use case. To report objectionable or inappropriate AI-generated content, email support@ciroos.ai or submit a support case.
