Insert any of your Snoooz templates with one click. Smart fields like recipient name, booking link, and your name are filled in automatically.
Include your booking link
When you ask Snoooz to include a meeting link, it uses your real Snoooz booking link — personalized with the recipient's name and email.
Use your knowledgebase
Optionally let Snoooz pull from your company knowledgebase to write more accurate, context-aware replies.
How it works
- Open a new email or reply in Outlook
- Click the Snoooz AI button in the toolbar
- Choose AI draft or saved template
- Add optional instructions and click Create draft
- Your draft appears instantly in the compose window
Requirements
A free or paid Snoooz account is required. A free account is created automatically on first use with your Outlook email address. Paid plans unlock additional AI credits and features. Visit snoooz.ai to learn more.
Region support
Snoooz operates in the United States / Global region and the European Union. Select your region on first launch.
