Create a seamless mentoring experience with MentorcliQ.
MentorcliQ brings your organization's mentoring programs into Microsoft 365 Copilot. It is one of the agents for Microsoft Copilot: acting as the signed-in participant and respecting their existing permissions, it helps people find and enroll in mentoring programs, track their matches, goals, and milestones, complete QuickCliQ check-ins, take the Values & Personality Survey, and browse their development timeline. Participants can also act in the flow of conversation, with confirmation: start or advance an enrollment, submit match preferences, create/update/complete goals, complete milestones, and — for programs that allow self-matching — search for and request a match.
The MentorcliQ app also brings mentoring into Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and the Microsoft 365 app through personal tabs (My CliQ and CommunityCliQ) and notifications.
AI features and transparency: MentorcliQ includes AI-powered capabilities: the MentorcliQ agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot described above. Content produced by these features is generated by artificial intelligence and is presented within clearly identified AI experiences (Microsoft 365 Copilot). AI-generated responses may be inaccurate — please verify important information. MentorcliQ never uses your data to train AI models.
Report a concern: To report inaccurate, inappropriate, or objectionable content generated by the app (or any other issue), email support@mentorcliq.com with a description of the content and where you saw it. Our support team will investigate and respond.
Who it's for: employees and mentoring-program participants, and the HR, learning & development, and talent teams who run mentoring — all without leaving Microsoft Teams or Copilot.
Requirements and limitations: In order to use this app, you need to have an active MentorcliQ account. The agent connects to your organization's MentorcliQ platform over a secure, per-user sign-in and only accesses what your permissions allow. It does not use your data to train AI models. You use the agent through Microsoft 365 Copilot. Available in English.
