Pyradiomics

PyRadiomics is an open-source Python library designed for the extraction of high-throughput quantitative features from medical images. It enables standardized and reproducible radiomic analysis from imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, and PET, supporting research in medical imaging, oncology, and precision medicine.
