Version 3.0.1 + Free Support on Debian 13

PyRadiomics is an open-source Python library designed for the extraction of high-throughput quantitative features from medical images. It enables standardized and reproducible radiomic analysis from imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, and PET, supporting research in medical imaging, oncology, and precision medicine.

Features of PyRadiomics:

  • Provides standardized extraction of radiomic features compliant with the Image Biomarker Standardisation Initiative (IBSI).
  • Supports a wide range of feature classes, including shape-based, first-order statistics, and texture features.
  • Integrates seamlessly with SimpleITK for handling medical image formats such as DICOM and NIfTI.
  • Allows flexible configuration of feature extraction using YAML parameter files.
  • Designed for reproducible research and large-scale radiomics studies.
  • Widely used in academic research, clinical studies, and machine learning pipelines.

pyradiomics Usage:

$ sudo su
$ sudo apt update
$ source /opt/pyradiomics/pyradiomics-3.1.0/venv/bin/activate
