FlexxStore Document Management for CMIS Interface Archives

FlexxStore connects Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM via the open CMIS standard (Content Management Interoperability Services) with a wide range of DMS, ECM and archive systems. Documents are automatically archived, enriched with metadata and made accessible through the integrated document viewer.

Automatic Archiving

Internally generated documents such as invoices, order confirmations, packing slips and collection letters are archived directly upon creation via CMIS Browser-Binding to the connected repository. Supported report engines include SSRS, Lasernet, Electronic Reporting and Docentric.

External Documents & Scan Integration

External documents such as supplier documents, certificates or contracts can be uploaded via drag & drop or file browser and automatically filed in the CMIS repository. Analog documents are scanned via barcode recognition and archived directly.

Compatible Systems

FlexxStore supports any DMS/ECM with CMIS 1.0/1.1 Browser-Binding. This includes Alfresco Content Services, Nuxeo Platform, OpenText Documentum and IBM FileNet. The standardized interface ensures vendor-independent archiving.

Seamless D365 Integration

FlexxStore is fully embedded in Dynamics 365. The document viewer displays archived files directly in the business context – PDF, Office formats, images and text files. The security configuration is based on the existing D365 role and privilege model.

Metadata & Retrieval

Business-relevant metadata such as account, document number, date and document type are transferred as CMIS properties. The flexible mapping enables standardized document classification and retrieval directly from Dynamics 365.

Deployment

FlexxStore is installed via Microsoft Lifecycle Services or Power Platform and supports both cloud and on-premises environments. The configuration can be copied between legal entities and environments using Data Management. Folder paths and document type mapping are freely configurable.

FlexxStore wird über Microsoft Lifecycle Services oder Power Platform installiert und unterstützt Cloud- und On-premises-Umgebungen. Die Konfiguration kann per Data Management zwischen Mandanten und Umgebungen kopiert werden. Ordnerpfade und Dokumenttyp-Mapping sind frei konfigurierbar.
