Our Azure Migration & Migration at Scale services offer helps organizations securely and efficiently migrate workloads to Microsoft Azure using a proven, scalable migration framework.

It supports both single-workload migrations and large-scale enterprise migration programs, enabling faster time-to-value while reducing risk and operational disruption.

The service aligns with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and leverages Azure-native tooling, automation, and governance best practices.

What’s Included

· Discovery & Assessment: NashTech performs discovery of applications, servers, and databases, maps dependencies to identify risks, and assesses migration readiness. We provide cost estimates and target-state recommendations using Azure-native tools such as Azure Migrate and Azure Advisor.

· Planning & Design: NashTech defines the migration strategy (rehost, re-platform, refactor, or retire), designs a secure Azure Landing Zone, and establishes network, identity, and security architectures. We also plan migration waves and cutover strategies to support controlled and predictable execution.

· Migration Execution (Migration at Scale): NashTech execute enterprise-scale migrations using a standardized Migration Factory model. Automated and repeatable pipelines enable parallel workload migrations where appropriate, supported by predefined templates, runbooks, and Infrastructure-as-Code. Centralized governance, standardized validation and rollback procedures, and continuous progress tracking ensure consistent delivery across migration waves.

· Optimization & Handover: We optimize performance and costs, apply security hardening and compliance validation, and implement cloud-native enhancements such as PaaS services and containerization. The engagement concludes with operational handover and enablement to support ongoing optimization and modernization.

· Security & Governance by Design: We design and implement secure Azure Landing Zones aligned with the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF). Our approach applies an identity-first design using Azure Entra ID, network isolation with private endpoints and segmentation, and built-in monitoring, logging, and compliance controls to ensure secure and governed operations.

· Supported Workloads: We support the migration of Windows and Linux servers, relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, web applications and APIs, and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systems. Our services cover VMware and Hyper-V environments, as well as workloads sourced from on-premises and multi-cloud platforms.
