It gives every user a personal PSTN phone number directly in the Teams client, so employees can make and receive external calls in the same app they use for chat and meetings. With this solution, organizations eliminate separate PBX or mobile systems – telephony becomes a seamless part of the Microsoft 365 digital workplace. All calls are managed in the customer’s own Microsoft tenant (via Entra ID and Teams Admin Center), delivering easy administration, high security, and global scalability from day one. The
service is operated by Ctelo inside Azure and delivered through your trusted

Ctelo Voice is a global cloud service available in the majority of countries around the world. Telecom regulations in some countries might be strict when it comes to connecting phone numbers to a service outside their boarders, but also these countries can be added to the Teams Phone experience with the Ctelo Voice Office Connect service.
Users will need a Microsoft Teams Phone Standard License (included in A5/E5), a Ctelo Voice Standard License and a telecom agreement for fixed numbers.
Onboarding is done at a fixed fee of EUR 695 per location. Invoicing of the onboarding fee and any additional consulting is handled directly by the executing party.
