Codenica ITSM + ITAM

Codenica ITSM + ITAM is a modular web-based SaaS platform for IT service management and IT asset management. It combines ticketing, asset and configuration inventory, knowledge base, customer and employee self-service portal, live chat, messaging, workflow automation, approvals, and structured service processes in one system.

The platform is designed for organizations that want to manage IT operations in a single environment, from tickets and service requests to assets, documents, vendors, workflows, and internal collaboration. It supports small businesses, outsourcing teams, and enterprise environments with higher scale and more advanced operational requirements. Codenica ITSM + ITAM supports concurrent licensing. One account can be shared by multiple agents, but only one active session can use that account at a time. To enable multiple agents to work simultaneously, additional accounts can be purchased.

Available plans include Starter, Plus, and Enterprise. Starter begins at 15 USD per agent per month when billed annually or 23 USD month-to-month. Plus is 30 USD annually or 45 USD month-to-month. Enterprise is 45 USD annually or 68 USD month-to-month. Viewer accounts are free.

Core capabilities include unlimited ticketing, configurable inventory and configuration item limits, knowledge base, automations, customer communication tools, self-service portal, approvals, and API access. Higher plans expand inventory, storage, article limits, throughput, and advanced ITSM process coverage such as requested items handling and unlimited change, problem, and release management in Enterprise. The solution can also be extended with add-on packs for Inventory, File Storage, Communication, Knowledge Base, and Performance.
