Circle T's Redaction Manager powers organizations to comply with privacy and confidentiality requirements. Its AI-driven detection engine combines Azure AI Foundry LLM with vision models tuned for PII/PHI and classified patterns.

Core capabilities:

• AI-driven auto redaction: Detects and redacts sensitive data (names, credit card numbers, tax file numbers, email addresses, etc.).

• Prompt-Based Redaction: Allows users to configure redaction prompts for specific use cases, including distressing or inappropriate content, with flexibility to adjust based on privacy classifications.

• Redaction Workflow: Jobs are initiated via our SharePoint UI or triggered via a webservice, with Graph API handling interoperability. Users review and approve AI suggestions and can add manual redaction where required.

• SharePoint Online Integration: Seamless integration for document upload, redaction, and storage of redacted versions. Redacted files can be stored in dedicated libraries per team, with security trimming for sensitive cases.

• Audit Logging: Tracks all redaction activities for compliance, including who redacted what and when. Audit logs are retained within the document set.

• Notifications: Email notifications for task completion.

• Data Security & Compliance: Strict access controls, security trimming, and deletion of data copied to Azure after processing.
