Rich redaction & disclosure
Mark up redline redactions directly in the browser — over sections, blocks, or whole pages — and tag each with its primary and fallback exemptions. Produce a flattened, burned-in disclosure package with a defensible exemption manifest, and round-trip with Adobe Acrobat through XFDF import and export.
Privacy & AI impact assessments
Run Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Algorithmic Impact Assessments (AIAs) on one configurable engine — preliminary screeners, section delegation to subject-matter experts, an embedded risk register, review workflows, and a regulator-ready summary. Every assessment attaches to a durable privacy subject carrying its GDPR Article 30 record (ROPA).
Breach & incident management
Log a privacy breach in seconds and work it to closure. A real-risk-of-significant-harm evaluation drives a live notification calculator — who must be told, by when, and what each notice must contain, with corrective actions tracked to completion.
Complaints & appeals
Track Commissioner complaints and decision appeals, each with its own statutory clock and investigation tracking.
Privacy risk register
An ISO 31000 register with inherent and residual scoring, treatment plans, and governed risk acceptance — over-appetite sign-offs require a written justification and an expiry date. Risks surface automatically from assessments and incidents, roll up across your whole program, and are monitored with Key Risk Indicators.

AccessPoint is configuration-driven, not custom-coded. Configuration packs preload your jurisdiction's statutes, deadline rules, exemptions, fees, notification regimes, and terminology so the platform speaks your law from day one. Tailor the pieces to how your office actually works — the questionnaire engine, sequential or parallel review workflows, choice fields, and your notification, attestation, and correspondence templates.
Multilingual & accessible
The entire interface ships natively in 11 languages — bilingual English and French out of the box for Canadian government, plus German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Portuguese, Finnish, Swedish, and Polish. Your configuration travels with it: choice fields, notification templates, and correspondence are translatable too, so requesters and staff work in their own language. AccessPoint is also built to meet public-sector accessibility standards (WCAG), with full support for dark and high-contrast themes across SharePoint and Teams — so your whole workforce can use it.
