Mailchimp Connector

The Mailchimp Connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is designed for small and midsized organizations that use Business Central to manage customers and Mailchimp to run their email marketing. It helps marketing and sales teams keep contact data aligned between both systems without manual exports or spreadsheets.

With this connector, you can synchronize selected contacts from Business Central directly to one or more Mailchimp audiences. Mappings can be configured so that key contact information and consent-related fields are kept up to date, making it easier to send targeted newsletters, event invitations, or promotional campaigns based on your ERP data.

• Mapping standard and selected custom fields between the two systems

• Updating existing Mailchimp contacts when data changes in Business Central

• Managing which Business Central contacts should be included in Mailchimp lists based on simple filters or flags

Limitations and conditions

• The connector is focused on contact and list synchronization. It does not replace the Mailchimp application for designing campaigns, sending emails, marketing automation, or reporting/analytics. Those features remain fully managed within Mailchimp.

• The offer does not include a Mailchimp subscription, Business Central licenses, or any third-party services. These must be obtained separately from the respective providers.

• The volume and frequency of synchronizations may be subject to the API and rate limits imposed by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Mailchimp.

• Any additional customizations, complex field mappings, or integration scenarios beyond the standard configuration may require separate consulting services, which are not included in this offer.
