Getting started

Open http://<vm-public-ip>/ to confirm nginx, MySQL and PHP are running. phpMyAdmin is at /phpmyadmin (user root) and Webmin on port 8000 (user admin); the password is your VM ID (Azure portal > the virtual machine > Properties > VM ID).
