The Prolifics Lineage Connector, tailored for customers that currently utilize Microsoft Purview, significantly enhances its data lineage capabilities, especially for organizations with complex on-premise environments where automated scanning may be limited. This innovative tool addresses critical gaps in Microsoft Purview's native lineage capture for a wide range of data sources, including SQL Server, SSIS, Microsoft Excel, Sybase, YellowBrick, IBM DataStage, and others.

Deliverables:

1. The Prolifics Team will set up the necessary configuration to scan ONE non-production data source.
2. The IBM Data Lineage scanner will extract, analyze, and build lineage relationships from your metadata.
3. The Prolifics Lineage Connector will organize, aggregate, and load lineage into a Microsoft Purview instance. This lineage will be made available for the client to inspect.
