Key features
- Search and navigation: quickly find colleagues by department, location, job title, or skills and move through the hierarchy with breadcrumbs.
- Flexible layouts and formatting: present your structure the way it’s most useful. Highlight departments, roles, or skills with rules and choose the best layout.
- Assistants, vacancies, and dotted-line managers: represent real reporting relationships, including dotted-line and assistant roles.
- Always up to date: automatically sync with Entra ID (Azure AD), SharePoint lists, SharePoint user profiles, Excel spreadsheets, or CSV files.
- Reports and exports: generate PDF reports to share with leadership, export data to CSV for analysis in Excel or Power BI or save views as PNG for presentations.
Getting started
- When installing, select both options: Enable this app and add it to all sites and Add to Teams.
- Add Org Chart to a SharePoint page by editing the page and adding Plumsail Org Chart, or to a Teams tab by adding a new tab and searching for Plumsail Org Chart.
- Open the configuration wizard and connect your data.
