The HPE Virtual Support Agent delivers quick, concise responses to a wide range of business process queries; from transactional data status to policies, guides, and FAQs.

**Sign-up / Get Started / Contact Us**

For Partners – Please ensure you have OSV access to use the VSA chatbot. If you do not have access to OSV UI, please contact your PAOM or PPA.

To access VSA chatbot, users need to click on the **login** button and utilize the **HPE Sign In** web page for authentication. If you do not have **HPE Sign In** credentials, proceed with the Sign-Up process.
