Relationship Manager Assistant for Banking and Wealth: 4-Week PoV
MAQ Software
Wealth and private banking firms face pressure to deliver proactive, personalized advice as relationship manager books grow, yet client information remains scattered across CRM, portfolio, and core banking systems, slowing preparation and letting opportunities go unaddressed.
MAQ Software puts a working advisor assistant in your tenant, built on Microsoft 365 Copilot. It unifies client context from your source systems and generates meeting briefings, next-best actions, and follow-up drafts using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, governed by Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Entra ID.
Business Challenge
- Relationship managers carry heavier books each year, while the information needed to serve a single client sits across CRM, portfolio systems, core banking, market data, and email.
- Preparing for one meeting means assembling that picture by hand. The cost is not only time.
- Opportunities surface after the moment has passed, and coverage drifts toward the clients who call rather than the clients who need attention.
Key Questions
- How much of an RM's meeting preparation is actually judgment, and how much is gathering data?
- Can an RM see a complete client picture in one place, or is it reassembled from several systems each time?
- Are coverage decisions driven by signals and priority, or by whoever contacted you last?
Strategy
Week 1:
- Look at how RMs prepare for meetings and follow up today. Measure current prep time, how often clients get contacted, and how many opportunities get missed this becomes the baseline.
- Select a pilot RM group, fix in-scope source systems, then provision Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Week 2:
- Unify client, portfolio, interaction, and product data into Microsoft Fabric, drawing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights where CRM is the primary source.
- Resolve client identity across systems to build a single client 360 view.
Week 3:
- Build the advisor experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot: client summaries, meeting briefings, next-best-action suggestions, and follow-up drafting.
- Every suggestion explains the data behind it.
Week 4:
- Run the Microsoft 365 Copilot advisor experience with pilot RMs against live preparation cycles.
- Measure preparation time, suggestion relevance, and adoption against the baseline.
- Review suitability and supervisory considerations with compliance, then hand over.

- Advisor workflow baseline covering preparation time, coverage frequency, and opportunity capture.

- Working advisor deployed in your tenant on Microsoft 365 Copilot for the pilot RM group.
