The Power Platform Center for Enablement solution provides leading practices and tooling to equip organizations with a scalable framework, improving the return-on-investment (ROI) of Microsoft Power Platform: • Assessment and maturity benchmarking at the start and end of the engagement provide a detailed evaluation of the client’s technology landscape, environments and Power Platform maturity, which identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. • Based on the assessment, EY teams provide tailored recommendations for platform governance and environment strategy to support secure, scalable and compliant application lifecycle management (ALM). • EY teams also configure the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit, which assesses current environments and solutions and allows for measurement and informed decision-making against future solution creation. • Our approach embeds readiness for Copilot and agentic experiences, helping clients lay the groundwork for scalable AI agent development and responsible lifecycle management. • To validate the CoE framework, EY teams co-develop a Power Platform Minimal Viable Product (MVP) that applies user experience (UX) or user interface (UI) standards, application lifecycle management (ALM) practices and environment provisioning.
