Microsoft Defender for Cloud & Microsoft Defender for Servers - 4 day Implementation

As part of this engagement, workshop sessions will be provided to explore the features of Microsoft Defender for Microsoft Cloud and Microsoft Defender for Servers. These sessions will look to plan the deployment of Defender, as well as also providing time for base configuration of Microsoft Defender for Servers. The base configuration will include onboarding a small subset of non-Azure servers into Azure Arc, along with the deployment of the Microsoft Defender for Servers agent to these servers and configuration of core AV and ASR policies. Following this, configuration documentation and a handover session will be provided to walk through the configuration and handover effectively.

Activities:

• DAY 1 - Kick off and discovery session to discuss engagement objectives and current environment.
• DAY 1 - Provide a workshop to review the features and components of Microsoft Defender for Cloud and provide estimated costs.
• DAY 2 - Enable CSPM functionality in relevant management groups and subscriptions, and configure Azure Policies for compliance monitoring.
• DAY 3 - Provide planning and discovery session, along with an interactive walkthrough to manually onboard up to 5 servers into Azure Arc. Plan and provide method for bulk enrolment to Azure Arc.
• DAY 3 - Configure AV and ASR audit policies for Windows Servers (maximum 2).
• DAY 4 - Handover and document configuration.
