How does the trial work?

Deploy the Trial plan and get 30 days of full access (500 alerts included) with zero charges. No credit card required. After 30 days, the service stops until you upgrade to a paid plan.

What happens after the trial ends?

On day 30, alert processing stops. You'll receive email reminders. To continue, redeploy from the marketplace with a paid plan. Your SolarWinds credentials remain the same.

Do I need to redeploy after trial?

Yes. Azure Managed Applications require redeployment to change plans. Takes about 5 minutes and uses the same credentials. Your webhook URL will change, so update your Azure Monitor action groups.

Does this work with on-premises SolarWinds?

Yes, both cloud and on-premises are supported.

Where are my credentials stored?

Your SolarWinds API token is encrypted in Azure Key Vault in your subscription. Only your Logic App can access it.

What if I exceed my alert limit?

Trial plan: Service continues until 30 days, then stops.
Paid plans: You'll get email warnings. Consistent overages require plan upgrade.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. During trial, no charges apply. On paid plans, cancel anytime (no refunds for current period).
