TruLata is AI marketing software for service businesses. TruLata in Microsoft 365 Copilot lets owners and their teams ask Copilot about their own marketing results and get answers from the same numbers their TruLata dashboard shows: new leads and where they came from, open and won jobs from a connected job system, Google Ads spend and results, website traffic from Google Analytics and search rankings from Google Search Console.

Try asking: "How many new leads did we get this week, and where from?" or "How are our Google Ads doing this month?"

Works in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat in Microsoft Teams, Outlook and the Microsoft 365 Copilot app.

Requirements: a TruLata account (sign up at https://login.trulata.com/signup) with a seat on a TruLata workspace for the same work email you use for Microsoft 365. Sign in with your own work account; guest accounts are not supported. Your Microsoft 365 admin may need to approve the TruLata sign-in once. People without a Microsoft 365 Copilot license can use it only where their organization allows metered agent use.

Limitations: answers cover only the workspaces you can already open in TruLata and the data sources connected to them. Search Console figures run two to three days behind, and Google Ads and Google Analytics can lag a few hours.
