Audit evidence, inside Excel. Drop the client's folder in, as it came. DocMaster reads every document, matches it to the ledger and puts one table in your working paper. The reviewer clicks a row and sees the source.

Invoices and the papers behind them, contracts, delivery notes and CMRs, come in as PDFs, scans, photos, Word files or zip archives, in any language. DocMaster finds each document, reads its number, date, supplier and amounts, and sorts the batch into invoices and supporting documents. Turn on Match mode and each invoice lands on its own ledger line, with a Difference column that shows where ledger and document disagree. Click View document on any row and the source opens in the pane, next to the numbers, for everyone at your firm who opens the file. Every batch stays in Projects, grouped by client.

Built for small and mid-sized audit firms. The add-in ships with the Audit Evidence Manager; the interface is in English and Latvian, and it works in Excel for Microsoft 365 on Windows and Mac and in Excel on the web.
