Heliview Kanban
by Advisign
Combine Planner boards into one Kanban view in Microsoft Teams.
One board across your Microsoft Basic Planner plans. Keep your existing Planner tab and add a combined view. Switch between board, list, timeline and calendar. Filter by source board, bucket, label, assignee, due date, progress and priority. Open tasks for descriptions, checklists and attachment links. Create and save views in the web app, then add a shared view as a Teams channel tab.
Your organization can try Heliview Kanban for 7 days from its first Microsoft sign-in, without payment details. After the trial, one paid subscription per organization is required to continue. Then pay €99 per month for 5 source boards, €149 for 10 or €299 for unlimited source boards. Annual billing costs €1,089, €1,639 or €3,289 upfront. Prices exclude VAT. All plans include unlimited users. The same Planner board in several views counts once; the combined view does not count. An owner or administrator manages the subscription and cancellation in the web app. After the trial, choose a subscription through Stripe. Payment and automatic renewal start only when you subscribe. Without a subscription, access stops and your saved views are kept.
You need an active Heliview Kanban account and a Microsoft work account, the required Microsoft licenses and access to the selected Basic Planner plans. Your organization may require Microsoft administrator consent. The first user in a new organization becomes the app owner; later users require owner or administrator approval. Each user retains their own Microsoft source permissions. The interface supports English, Dutch, French and German. The 5-board plan lets you view tasks. The 10-board and unlimited plans also let you edit existing tasks with separate Microsoft permission. Premium Planner plans are not supported. In shared channels, people from another Microsoft organization see only their own Planner tasks through My tasks. Support: s@advisign.nl.
