Hourari for Outlook

Hourari shows the cost of a meeting in Outlook while you are still writing the invite. Open a new appointment, click Meeting cost, and the pane prices the meeting from who is invited and how long it runs. It updates as you add people or change the time. Recurring meetings show their monthly and yearly cost. Each attendee gets a line, and anyone without a rate in Hourari is priced at your company's default rate, never $0. Meetings over $500 are flagged. The add-in is read-only: it never changes your appointment. Requires a Hourari account; plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
