Dillien VDR

Dillien is a virtual data room for M&A transactions. This connector brings your data rooms into Microsoft 365 Copilot, so you can ask about a transaction in plain language instead of clicking through folders.

WHO IT IS FOR

Lawyers, corporate finance advisers, transaction teams and in-house counsel running or taking part in due diligence — on the buy side or the sell side.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Find your data rooms. Ask which transactions you have access to, and which side of the deal you are on in each.

• Browse the documents. Explore a room's folder and file structure without leaving Copilot.

• Read and summarise. Open a specific document and have Copilot summarise it or pull out the key terms.

• Review the request list. See which due diligence requests are still outstanding, which have been answered, and which documents answer them.

BUILT FOR CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTIONS

• Your permissions, enforced. Every answer is scoped to what you can already see in Dillien. The connector cannot reach a document, folder or data room you have not been given access to.

• Read-only. It can list and read. It cannot upload, edit, delete or share anything.

• Nothing stored. Documents are fetched only to answer the question you asked. The connector keeps no copy of your data room.

• Enabled per room. A data room is reachable from Copilot only once it has been switched on for it.

• Signed in as you. Access is granted through your own Dillien sign-in, and can be withdrawn at any time.
