Meet Me At Work

Meet Me At Work brings your organisation's meeting rooms and desks into Microsoft Teams, Outlook and the Microsoft 365 app, on desktop, web and mobile. See live room availability beside your own calendar and book without switching tools.

What you can do

• See each room's day at a glance, with your own meetings alongside.
• Book a room by picking a free slot, or describe what you need to the booking assistant, for example "a room for 6 tomorrow at 10".
• Book a desk for the morning, the afternoon or the full day.
• Hold a room now and organise the meeting later, or plan an event and let the people invited choose the date.
• Get a Teams activity notification when a booking is confirmed or a meeting poll needs your answer.

Before you start

• Your organisation needs a Meet Me At Work account. An administrator sets up your rooms and desks at https://meetmeat.work and adds your work email address. Rooms and desks beyond your organisation's first room are on a paid plan, managed by your administrator.
• You sign in with your Microsoft 365 account. If your organisation has not yet approved Meet Me At Work, you can sign in with a one-time link sent to your work email instead.
• Creating Teams meetings and Outlook events from a booking, seeing your own calendar, and Teams activity notifications need your administrator to connect Microsoft 365 in the Meet Me At Work portal. Until then you can see rooms, hold a room and book desks, and notices come by email.

The booking assistant uses AI to understand what you type. Check the room, date and time it proposes before you book. To report a wrong or inappropriate response, email support@meetmeat.work.
