Scrubsheet for Excel

Scrubsheet anonymizes personal data (PII) inside Excel, so you can share a workbook, or build test data from it, without exposing real people's information.

Free to use for up to 500 rows per run. Scrubsheet Pro, a paid upgrade (subscription or lifetime licence), removes the row limit and adds more methods and features.

Open Scrubsheet from Home › Anonymize. It suggests what each column contains, from names, email addresses and phone numbers to IBANs, payment cards, VAT numbers and 18 national ID formats (Finnish henkilötunnus, Swedish personnummer, Norwegian fødselsnummer, Danish CPR, Estonian isikukood and more). You choose how to treat each column and see a before-and-after preview before anything changes.

Your data never leaves your device. Scrubsheet runs entirely inside Excel: no workbook content is sent to us or anyone else.
