Quiriz for PowerPoint

Build decks with AI: ask for the slides, get charts with takeaways, refresh before each meeting.
Build the deck by asking. A monthly review deck is mostly the same slides with new numbers in them. Rebuilding it means exporting, charting, pasting and lining things up all over again, then hoping no slide still shows last month's figure when the meeting starts. Quiriz for PowerPoint builds those slides from your data and keeps every number on them current.
A whole deck from one prompt. Pick the data, then say what the deck is for, or start from a monthly business review, a pipeline review or campaign performance. Quiriz plans the slides and shows you the plan first: each slide's title, the question it will ask, and whether it shows a chart, a table or text. Edit any of them, untick what you don't need, add a slide of your own, then press Build. Each slide lands in your template's own layout, its chart in the deck's theme colours, with two to four takeaways beside it written from that chart's own figures. Every slide is asked against the data you picked and nothing else.
One question, one slide. Type a question such as "net sales by month" and press New slide: Quiriz adds a slide after this one, with a headline in its title and the answer across the content area. Or press Add to put it on the current slide.
Questions written into your template. Put =QUIRIZ.ASK("net sales by month") on any slide, with "table", "both", "figure" or "notes" as an optional second argument, and press Build from markers. A marker that is the only text in a placeholder is answered inside that placeholder, so your layout decides where each chart sits.
Live numbers in your own text boxes. Highlight a question in any text box or shape and press Figure. One value, a number or a name, takes the place of the highlighted words; the rest of your text, its font and your layout stay as you left them.
Restyle in words. Press Change on a chart and say what you want: dark blue, a line instead of bars, the latest month in green. The chart redraws where it is, and the style travels with it through every refresh.
Refresh before every meeting. Each chart, table, figure and note keeps its question on the shape. Once the new month's data is in your Quiriz datasets, Refresh all asks every question again and redraws each object where you left it. Totals, charts and takeaways move together from the same data, so no slide is left behind on last month's number. The pane opens on a strip of every slide, marked with what Quiriz placed on each one and how recently it was refreshed.
Account and charges. Installing costs nothing, but answering a question requires a Quiriz account. The pane can start a trial with no account and no card, or connect an existing account with its API key (Quiriz → User Preferences → Agent Access API). Quiriz Free stays free inside a monthly usage limit; Pro and Max raise that limit and are purchased on https://quiriz.co/#pricing — the transaction is with Quiriz, not with Microsoft. The pane explains what the add-in does before it asks for anything.
Everything works in PowerPoint 2021 and later on Windows and Mac, and in PowerPoint on the web. On perpetual PowerPoint 2021 and 2024 a new slide is added at the end of the deck, and the strip shows slide numbers where newer builds show pictures. Real PowerPoint tables need Microsoft 365 version 2504 or later, or PowerPoint on the web.
The add-in changes only the deck you have open, and within it only the shapes and slides it tagged.
