REVIEW AND ACT
Review suspicious invitations from supported Outlook appointments and email messages. See risk scores and explanations, approve legitimate invitations, and create continuing blocks for unwanted senders.
MANAGE CONNECTED ACCOUNTS
Use the web dashboard to manage connected calendars and mailboxes, scan connected sources, and review results and removal activity. Choose an email date range for on-demand scans.
OPTIONAL INVITATION-EMAIL CLEANUP
With your separate permission, matching blocked invitation emails move to Trash or Deleted Items. Ordinary email is outside this cleanup feature. Blocking creates a CalendarGuardian rule; it does not prevent email delivery or change your email provider’s blocked-sender list.
SCHEDULED AND ON-DEMAND SCANNING
Automatic mailbox scans run daily while enabled, subject to queue and provider delays. Run an additional scan whenever you need one. Scheduled scanning does not guarantee real-time interception.
ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTION
Installing the Outlook add-in is free. A CalendarGuardian account is required, and continued service requires a paid subscription after the 14-day website trial. No credit card is required to start the website trial.
Calendar and mailbox access require your authorization. Cleanup requires separate permission. Detection can produce false positives or miss unwanted invitations, so review results and configure protection for your needs.
