Multiply Transfer helps L&D teams turn training into performance. After a programme, most learning fades because the workplace never supports it. Multiply keeps the loop alive inside Microsoft Teams: managers and learners receive short, well-timed messages before and after training, answer with one or two taps, and the responses build a live picture of where new skills are being applied and where they are stuck.

AI features: Multiply Transfer uses AI in two ways. (1) While you set up an intake brief it suggests short example text (an example problem statement, desired standard, or success metric); these suggestions are labelled as AI-generated where you can edit them. (2) It uses AI to personalise and generate parts of the coaching and reinforcement messages sent to learners and managers during a programme (for example, worked scenarios, watch-for cues, and job-aid steps tailored to the role and skill). AI-generated content should be reviewed before it is acted on. To report AI-generated content that is inappropriate, harmful, or offensive, email support@multiplytransfer.com and we will act promptly.

Limitations: Multiply Transfer delivers messages via Microsoft Teams. Email delivery is not currently available. The platform does not replace your LMS or training content.
