Quiriz for Word

Analyze and chart your data in seconds right from your Word document
A new way to create your reports with AI. A monthly report usually means exporting data, working out the numbers, building the charts and pasting them into Word — then doing it all again when the data changes. Quiriz for Word does that work inside the document. You write the question; Quiriz reads your data, does the analysis, and puts the answer where the question was.
Ask right in the document. Type a question anywhere — "net sales by month for 2026 year to date" — select it, and press Chart, Table, Both, Figure or Notes. The answer replaces the words that asked for it. Tables are real Word tables, captioned with the question in Word's Caption style. A figure is one number set inside your own sentence, with the words around it left alone. Notes is a written commentary in the document's own style, with the figures in the text.
Or write the whole report as markers. Leave =QUIRIZ.ASK("question", "chart") wherever an answer belongs — "table", "figure" or "notes" also work as the second argument — then press Resolve markers to answer every one in a single pass. Draft the template before the month closes and resolve it when the data arrives. The spelling matches =QUIRIZ.ASK() in Quiriz for Excel, so a formula copied out of a workbook means the same thing here.
Change a chart by saying what you want. Press Change on any chart and describe it — dark purple, a line instead of columns, an axis from 30,000 to 70,000. The chart redraws, and the style is saved with it, so every later refresh draws it the same way.
Next month, press Refresh all. Every chart, table, figure and commentary remembers the question behind it. Once the new month's data is in your Quiriz datasets — uploaded, or appended from a connected folder — one press of Refresh all asks every question again. The dates move on, the charts gain their new months, and the totals in your sentences update. Headings, numbering, column widths and the prose you wrote around each answer stay where they were. Nothing to export, re-chart or re-paste.
Numbers that agree. Every answer is computed from the same datasets and refreshed together, so the total in a sentence, the chart above it and the commentary below it tell the same story — and a small change in the data cannot leave one stale figure behind on page nine.
Review and protect. Turn on "Mark refreshes as tracked changes" and Word shows every figure that moved as a revision you can accept or reject. Lock any Quiriz object so a reader cannot type over it; a refresh still updates it.
Account and charges. The add-in is free to install and needs a Quiriz account to answer anything; the task pane connects to one with an API key from User Preferences → Agent Access API. A trial can be started from the pane itself with no account and no card. Quiriz's Free plan carries a monthly usage allowance and costs nothing to stay on; the Pro and Max plans raise that allowance and are bought from Quiriz directly at https://quiriz.co/#pricing rather than through Microsoft. The pane says what the add-in does before it asks for a key.
Marking a refresh as a tracked change needs a recent build of Word — Microsoft 365, Office 2021 or later, or Word on the web — and the pane hides the option where it is not available. Everything else works on Office 2019 and later, on Windows, Mac and the web.
The add-in reads and writes only the document you have open, and within it only the content controls it created.
