Requirements and limitations

• A Microsoft 365 work or school account is required. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported.
• An OfficeSimplify account is required — created automatically the first time you open the app, with no form and no password. You can also sign up on the web first and connect that account.
• Free 30-day trial, no credit card. After that, a paid subscription from £3 per employee per month, every feature included. See pricing.
• Some features need your Microsoft 365 administrator's consent: automatic roster and profile-photo sync, and activity-feed notifications. You can install and use OfficeSimplify without them — the app prompts you when consent is needed.
• Approvals, leave policies, allowances and reporting are role-based — only managers and administrators see those screens.
• OfficeSimplify updates your Teams status message while you're away. It does not change your Available or Away status.
