VoidFlowAI
by VoidFlowAI
VoidFlow is an AI-powered legal contract assistant that lives inside Microsoft Word.
Private Legal AI, built into Microsoft Word
VoidFlow AI lets you draft, fill, review, and redline legal documents directly inside Word — without sending confidential client or company files to public AI tools. Your contracts shouldn't train someone else's model, and with VoidFlow they don't.
VoidFlow runs on private-cloud infrastructure with a strict no-training commitment and no unnecessary document retention. It's built for teams that handle sensitive material and can't risk exposing it through consumer chatbots.
What you can do
- Draft contracts from templates, your own instructions, or context in the open document — NDAs, service agreements, powers of attorney, and other common business documents.
- Fill templates automatically from your instructions and attached files. Missing details are flagged as placeholders, never invented.
- Redline in one click. VoidFlow surfaces legal risks, inconsistencies, and formatting or language issues with concise, practical recommendations instead of blind rewrites.
- Chat about the active document or its attachments — clause explanations, drafting strategy, and commercial implications, with your file already in context.
- Jurisdiction-aware drafting and review grounded in verified legal sources rather than guesswork, with clear flags wherever confidence is limited.
Who it's for
- Freelancers, solo consultants, and independent founders
- Startups and small or mid-sized businesses
- In-house and fractional legal teams
- Larger and regulated organizations needing private deployment
Why VoidFlow
- Confidential by design — no public uploads, no training on your documents, with private-cloud and self-hosted options for sensitive workflows.
- Native to Word — work where your documents already live, with no copy-pasting between tools.
- Built for legal work — purpose-built drafting and redlining flows, not a repurposed general chatbot.
- Plans for every stage — from individual professionals to teams and enterprise, with private infrastructure and admin controls at the top tier.
Pricing and requirements
VoidFlow AI requires a VoidFlow account and an active paid subscription. New users get a 5-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan.
Plans are billed per user, monthly or annually:
- Individual — solo practitioners, consultants, and independent founders.
- Team — law firms and in-house legal teams, with higher usage limits and collaboration features.
- Team Unlimited — high-volume teams, subject to a fair use policy.
- Enterprise — private-cloud or self-hosted deployment, admin controls, advanced security and compliance, and priority support. Available through VoidFlow sales.
Current pricing is published at voidflowai.com/pricing. Subscriptions are purchased directly from VoidFlow and are not billed through Microsoft Marketplace.
Requirements: Microsoft Word with a Microsoft 365 subscription, a VoidFlow account, and an internet connection.
VoidFlow assists with drafting and review. It does not provide legal advice or replace professional legal judgment. All AI-generated output requires human review — verify before use.
