ImpleAI Support Agent is an AI assistant for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot that helps Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation teams — functional consultants, X++ developers, and support engineers — resolve issues without leaving Teams.
Who it is for: organizations running or implementing D365 F&O, where questions span both public product behaviour and the customer's own configuration, customizations, and support history.
What you can do in Teams
- Ask any D365 F&O functional or technical question — batch jobs, posting profiles, financial dimensions, workflow, security roles, data entities, platform-update regressions — and get an AI-generated answer with numbered source citations.
- On paid plans, connect your own D365 implementation projects so answers are grounded in your organization's own documents, X++ code repositories, and support tickets, alongside Microsoft Learn and the web.
- On paid plans, query your connected D365 F&O environment for live configuration and records, under your own signed-in identity and permissions.
- Create and look up support tickets in your organization's ticketing system on your behalf, using your own signed-in identity.
- Switch between D365 projects with the 'projects' command, so each implementation stays a separate, access-controlled knowledge base.
Get started in Microsoft Teams: install the app, type 'login' to sign in with your Microsoft work account, then ask a question. Type 'help' at any time to see all commands and capabilities.
Requirements, limitations, and account dependency
- An account is required. You must sign in with a Microsoft work account belonging to the same organization as your Teams tenant; personal Microsoft accounts and accounts from other tenants are not supported.
- The free plan answers general D365 F&O questions from Microsoft Learn and the web, and includes a monthly credit allowance per user.
- Searching your own project documents, code repositories, and tickets, querying a live D365 F&O environment, and creating tickets require a paid project subscription.
- Project setup, document upload, repository connection, and D365 environment configuration are performed on the ImpleAI web portal, not inside Microsoft Teams. The Teams app is the conversational surface for asking questions and creating tickets.
- Responses are AI-generated and should be verified before you act on them.
